Golden Quill Publishers ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Order and shipping information — delivery address and order history, needed to fulfil and support your purchases.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Submissions — details you provide via the manuscript, institutional-order, or contact forms.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, maintain your account, send order and shipping updates, and — only if you opt in — send new-release announcements. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Payment processors (Razorpay) to process transactions, shipping partners to deliver physical orders, and hosting/infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to the contact below.
